2020 Annual Conference

The PBI 2020 Annual Conference was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the month of June of that year PBI pivoted to the first Virtual Conference in order to keep providing important content and resources available through our Annual Conference. 

The Virtual Conference featured dynamic keynote speakers addressing racial equality and voter suppression issues. 

• Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison addressed racial equality.
• Kristen Clarke, then President & Executive Director for the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law addressed civil rights and making our justice system more equitable.
• Bestselling author, nonprofit CEO, and political leader Stacey Abrams spoke about voter suppression.
