CPBO Challenge® Survey Reporting Opens

Reporting season for the 2013 calendar year is now open. CPBO recently circulated its annual CPBO Challenge^® Survey to the 131 CPBO Challenge^® signatories. Each year, signatories provide a confidential report to CPBO on basic questions about their pro bono efforts as well as questions related to the CPBO Challenge^® statement. In addition, as part of its efforts to provide the most up to date information about in-house pro bono, CPBO circulated a Benchmarking Survey to signatories and a number of other legal departments with formalized pro bono programs. The survey has a much broader scope and includes questions about program administration, policy provisions, partnerships, projects, and budgets. The responses greatly assist CPBO and others to understand leading practices and the current state of in-house pro bono. See the 2012 Benchmarking Report for the most recent results.
