A question the CPBO team often gets asked when discussing in-house pro bono is: “What about insurance?”  The PBEye is pleased to report that you can now find the answer in two new resources:

• a new paper – Professional Liability Insurance for In-House Pro Bono, which summarizes the benefits and drawbacks of the various options available to in-house counsel; and
